Developing high-value creating teams with ambitious mandates for change
We believe in creating high value-creating teams, not just high performing ones, focussed on the unique value the team creates for its stakeholders, today and tomorrow. To this end we apply a systemic approach that ensure the team’s development is continually informed by the needs, expectations, and contributions of its key stakeholders (both internal and external), rather than risking focussing on the team in isolation.
Key principles that guide us:
Outside-in. We bring the system into the room to help you develop vision and agency in an increasingly complex, interdependent world and avoid the pitfall of following others’ playbooks.
Co-created and co-owned strategy and development. Teams we work with don’t have strategy or development ‘done to them’, development is a continuous, collective, committed and contracted endeavour between the group.
Self-evolving. Rather than creating dependency on external support, we embed the tools, mindsets, and practices that enable teams to continuously evolve their effectiveness long after our engagement ends.
Facilitator as partner, not expert: Journeying with the team to navigate complex and changing dynamics, challenge assumptions, and build capacity for self-sufficiency. Using frameworks lightly to illicit the most important conversations, not a slave to them.

Briefs we are currently working on:
We are forming a new executive team. What type and shape of team do we need to have the impact we want?
How do we identify and explore our strategic blind-spots and stay ahead of the competition?
We are a collection of brilliant individuals who aren’t yet delivering more than the sum of our parts, how do we harness our collective potential?
“Bramble brings genuine commitment to our mission and purpose and all we are trying to achieve, which helps guide us and means that we trust them and continue working with them. They create a safe atmosphere for the team to talk openly and build trust, and are unafraid to challenge, question and probe to get the team moving forward together to achieve ambitious plans. As well as leadership development insights and grasp of human dynamics, they have also taken time to immerse themselves in the organisation as well as connecting with each of the individuals, and this helps us all realise our potential”
