We help chief execs and leadership teams design and develop their organisations by facilitating participatory processes that overcome limitations such as narrow expertise, scarcity of attention, competing commitments, interpersonal dynamics and inner derailers.

Some of the briefs we’ve worked on:

  • Help us design and develop a new leadership team, defining its purpose, accountabilities, decision authorities and key relationships

  • Provide facilitative org design for our leadership and operating model and help our leaders and teams build the skills and culture needed for the new structures they are adopting

  • Design and facilitate a process for a loose network of scientists, practitioners and managers to prioritise the most critical R&D for the regeneration and survival of Caribbean coral reefs
