Our leadership development interventions work on the premise that the most effective individual development happens through cycles of action and reflection in the collective, everyday work of organisational improvement and purposeful strategy execution.
Every intervention is different, from 10-month multi-cohort VP-level learning programmes to highly immersive three-day experiential workshops or large group events. But they share the same core feature. We help your people forge the mutual trust, support and challenge needed to collectively stimulate organisational evolution.
Key principles that guide us:
Inner > Inter > Outer. We give individuals the foundational ‘Inner’ tools to lead at their best in tough situations, the ‘Inter’-relational skills to work across boundaries with others, and the ‘Outer’ system skills to sense and act on opportunities for organisational evolution.
Performance and Purpose. We harness the central tension and dissonance of needing to perform well in today’s system and transition towards a viable, regenerative future in the face of C21st challenges.
Place-based. We root developmental experiences in relevant contexts, places and communities, getting people out of their familiar bubbles, and grounding them in their stakeholders’ life-worlds.
